Established in 2025, It is a Private Limited Company, governed by the Companies Act as a company limited by shares. Classified as a non-government company. It is involved in health-related activities like senior citizens Golden Jubilee Program, Tree plantation, Mortuary vehicle to Malkapur Nagarpalika for covid-19, Support to the patients having mental health issues, Rehabilitation of these patients in mental health institute named Shraddha Foundation.

Now in 2026 foundation is expanding its scope in the field of education. It has set a goal of creating a learning pathway that spans from Home Schooling (informal education) to formal education under the CBSE Board.

The foundation is committed to not just formal education, but to supporting holistic development from the early years when 80% of brain development happens. It focuses on nurturing critical thinking, creativity, values, and life skills in children. The foundation consistently strives to recruit qualified staff and focuses on staff training and skill development to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.

We are a growing and forward-looking institution that offers admissions from home learning to Preschool (play group, Jr.KG, and Sr.KG) focusing on quality education and overall development for every child.

Mr. D. H. Desai started his business carrier after completion B.E.Civil from Govt. College, Karad in 1999. With blessing from father Shri. H.B. Desai and Uncle Shri. V.B. Desai and Shri. A. B. Desai. He worked on the projects like construction of Govt. Buildings, Roads and bridges with such valued experience and grown confidence. Mr. D. H. Desai begin his individual strength in Civil Construction from the government department. He has been offering services to the PWD, Zilla Parishad, Irrigation and Police Housing of Govt. as a Civil engineer and contractor for road building and bridges.

While he begins with small project, his experience strengthened in early 2000 after he started of building, road and bridge with advance machinery's. He undertook several prestigious projects in the Maharashtra — this recognition was seed to the establishment of DHD Infracon Pvt. Ltd.

Cooperative Leadership & Community Impact — Beyond engineering, Mr. D. H. Desai is a recognized figure in the socio-economic and cooperative sectors. In 2021, his leadership capabilities were further validated when he was elected as a Director of the Y.M. Krishna Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. (Sugar Factory). This role highlights his versatility as a leader, managing large-scale organizational interests and advocating for the agricultural community.

Social Worker | Educationist | Curriculum Developer

Uma Mane is a dedicated social worker who has committed her career to improving the lives of children across rural and urban India, with a particular focus on education. She is the founder and Managing Trustee of Kshitij, an NGO that provides comprehensive educational programs to underprivileged children.

Her expertise extends deeply into curriculum development — most notably through her creation of the Matasabha syllabus. Currently, Uma Mane is furthering her own learning by pursuing a PhD on the effectiveness of parenting training on child development — a pursuit that deeply aligns with our foundation's mission.
